Privacy and cookie policy
How Powerise (Umbrella 104 Srl) handles the data of those who browse, write, buy or use the ECU file services, which cookies the site uses and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Umbrella 104 Srl (Powerise brand), based in Montesilvano (PE), Italy, VAT no. IT02361310689. Contacts: info@powerise.it. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not required.

Card payment data are collected directly by Stripe on its own servers: Powerise never sees or stores the card number.
3. Who we share data with
- Hostinger (site hosting, EU) and Cloudflare (CDN, security, anti-bot protection): they process browsing data as data processors.
- Stripe Payments Europe: card payments, independent controller for transaction data.
- Google (reCAPTCHA on the contact form; Google Ireland Ltd): spam protection; Google may process browsing data under its own policy.
- Automattic / Jetpack: WordPress site features and aggregate statistics.
- TuningBot e OriginalECUfiles (linked online services, Powerise network): only if you use their services through the links on this site, under their own policies.
- Tax advisers, couriers and authorities, where required by law.
Providers based outside the European Union (Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, Automattic) transfer data under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies, necessary for it to work, which do not require consent:

No advertising profiling cookies or third-party marketing trackers are active. For this reason no consent banner is shown. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings: some features (cart, account login) may stop working.
5. Your rights
At any time you can requestaccess to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw any consent given. Write to info@powerise.it: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
6. Security and minors
The site is served over HTTPS with Cloudflare protection; customers’ ECU files are stored on restricted-access systems. The services are aimed at professionals and adults: we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

This policy may be updated: the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Last updated: 21 August 2026.
